  Called them out to fix my heating they charged 200 and some odd dollars to switch a button on my thermostat. Then told me i needed to fix the unit outside went in and paid up front thinking id get faster service that way. It ended up taking them 2 and half months to get my unit out to me and installed. Not to mention the fact that they told us they would be out in a week after we paid them, we never received a call or anything in reguard to them fixing our air. We kept calling every week, every time they had some stupid excuse as to why they hadnt been out. Finally 2 and half months later they call and tell us there at our house wanting to install the unit. They never called to set up an appointment, I was actually in a class at that time, in fear of having to wait for god only knows how long to get them back out there i went home to let them install it. it ended up only taking like a half hour if that to fix. Which makes them look even worse cause it took them forever to find that kinda time. Thanks secrest for my air even if it was 2 and half months late. DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED PROMPT SERVICE.

  Secrest work on my HVAC and Dehumidifier units three times in the past year. The first time was to repair a broken dehumidifier; they couldn't repair the compressor, but were able to get me a new unit through the warranty. Their price to install was less than I paid originally. The second time was to fix a clogged HVAC drain pipe; they were prompt and fixed the problem quickly. The third time was this morning to diagnose the dehumidifier; it was not draining properly. They came as soon as I called, ran diagnostics, showed me the problem, and then fixed the problem. Upon leaving, their repairman would not accept payment.
